B.B. Hudspeth has been an entertainer his whole life but has also served as a manager and trainer at a world-class healthcare organization and a Fortune 500 company. He has trained thousands of frontline employees to improve customer service and internal processes. When he created Scrappy, B.B. realized the impact the combination of entertainment, recognition, and corporate messaging had on improving employee morale. He now travels nationwide to help corporations improve their bottom line through employee recognition and motivation.
B.B. has earned his CPP designation and is a certified facilitator in “Achieving Extraordinary Customer Relations.” He holds the distinction of being the first employee ever elected as Chairman of the UAHSF Employee Council at the world-renowned, Kirklin Clinic. A recipient of the Circle of Excellence Award and multiple winner of the Award for Results, B.B. is a member of the National Speakers Association and Global Speakers Federation. He holds an MBA from the Harbert School of Business at Auburn University and is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee.
